Met Alex when I sold my first home in 1998 (Brea, CA) and was impressed with his work back then! He also my second home (Fullerton, CA) in 2002, and since then I have bought & sold many homes & investment properties, as well as become a Realtor® myself. Just ran across his name and was surprised he's still selling homes after more than 35 years (simply because most agents don't last more than a year or two)! Go Alex!

My wife and I purchased a North Orange County home in 2021; he represented the seller. This is a legitimate account of my experience working with him. For the following reasons, I would avoid him at all costs: 1. The sellers showed up during our home inspection and started distracting our inspector from doing the job we hired him to do while giving us reasons for why certain things in the house were the way they were. Ridiculous. 2. The sellers also showed up and interrupted our final walkthrough. This can't be a coincidence... read more
