Not very helpful office staff
I personally think he is a fantastic Rheumatologist. The others that I have been to tend to just touch the surface. Dr. Hertzman went further and checked all the boxes. I am on all the correct medication and when it comes to my Rheumatoid Arthritis, it is well maintained. Thank You Dr. Hertzman, I am sorry I have to move away.

Very bad visit waste of my time.
Very thorough! I appreciated the whole experience. He took me into his office and discussed my symptoms and then he took me to another room to examine me after we discussed issues. It made me feel like I was being heard and he really cared about what was going on. Some doctors over book themselves and don’t give attention to the patients. I didn’t feel that way with him. Front staff was also friendly and kind!
