Terrible customer service, 1st call I was hung up on, 2nd call without even looking up the citation I was told they can't help with a red light ticket! Just pay it she said you get no points on my record!!! What!?! Let me just state I've never gotten any ticket in the twenty five years I've been driving. I'll go to the Ticket Clinic they where very helpful. Don't know why I wasted my time getting a second quote!!!
