I didn't see the dentist because of the unprofessional staff. Very condescending and rude on the phone. I chose to drive all the way to Duncanville for a good Endodontist. The other office I called, a nice lady explained everything in detail and I feel very comfortable going there.
Most painful and miserable dental experience I've ever had. If you're into pain and suffering, then this is your guy hands down. The only way it could've been worse is if they were also shocking me with a cattle prod while doing the root canal. Every single procedure hurt from start to finish, from the novocaine shots to the drilling, all the way to the unprofessional finish. Absolutely horrible! Nightmare material, and I'm not kidding.
My local dentist recommended Dr. Alex Fitzhugh as the endodontist for my root canal, and I am so glad that I used him. Dr. Fitzhugh first confirmed that I did need a root canal, and then explained the process. It is apparent from his skill, staff, facilities and equipment, why other dentists refer patients to him to revise failed root canals by others.
I recently had a root canal done by Dr Fitzhugh & his staff. All were very friendly & professional I highly recommend them
I had a root canal done by Dr Fitzhugh and his wonderful team yesterday!! I had one by another dentist several years ago and this was a way better experience. I highly recommend him!! I think he has invested in all the newest equipment and technology. First rate endodontist for sure!!
