I truly cannot recommend these women enough! They were all so wonderful and helpful throughout the bridal alteration process. They helped make great recommendations regarding the alterations which helped make the dress fit me better and look good on my body. They really helped make my décolletage area look BEAUTIFUL with a very subtle classy clevage area. They also helped me alter my rehersal dinner dress which was 2 sizes too big and WOW!!! This was the worse experience I had. This woman ripped me off. I just wanted to have a quote and she charged me $ 50 just for putting pins that she still removed after I told her that the price was above what I thought was reasonable for the work she was going to do. She was nasty. When we talked over the phone she told me the same price and & told that was a price for a dress that needs a reasonable amount of alterations but then she still told me the same price for the two minor alterations I needed. Brought my $6k custom dress here to be hemmed and have the chest area fixed a bit. The chest was great after having them fix it twice since it wasn’t good the first time around, and I really appreciate the receptiveness to that despite the person helping me repeatedly telling me it was fine when it was very visibly not fine. The hemming, unfortunately, was lopsided and uneven. It was very short on one side. I have no idea why.
