Crystal Roark is our agent and she has made the entire process for my small business so great, very quick to respond, and very quick to help me with whatever needs I have. I called a few other places and just was not invited like the way she made my company feel- the other places were also higher in rate but offered me less. It’s always good when you get to work with a great business. It’s even better when you get to work with great people. Alex and Keely and their team are some of the best around! No doubt they are a great option for your insurance needs.
The staff is friendly, however, I recently changed from State Farm to another insurance. After my insurance policies were canceled, I was charged $473.25 for my policy. SIX DAYS AFTER I CANCELED IT AND RECIEVED A REFUND FOR THE SAME POLICY. I have since called and emailed, and gotten no response. This has been a terrible experience and the staff being friendly is the only reason I didn't provide one star.
Switching to State Farm was one of our best decisions! The local agent here in Jackson, MO (Crystal) is super kind, knowledgeable and professional! She was able to answer all our questions!
