I recently had a very disappointing experience with Alex Electric that left me questioning their pricing transparency and customer service. Used Alex Electric as a recommendation from my realtor. This review is on pricing. They did the job as promised. We were quoted one price and billed another. We were also charged for additional labor that was not necessary. The job was replacing a fuse that we supplied-2.25 hours of labor? Called to remedy - no return call.
