This company is a complete sham; Ted Downie lined his own pockets by contracting his own family company from up in Youngstown, Ohio for a resident-funded project in the Princeton Place II neighborhood way down here in Naples, Florida. Downie & Sons Co. did absolutely terrible work, collected their money, then abandoned the project. Eight months later and our condo complex remains an abandoned construction site with torn out walls, a flawed engineering blueprint, and no end to this project in sight.
