Trying to speak to anyone in office is impossible, and them even replying to a fax sent from another office since APRIL 2026 IS A JOKE. Worse clinic ever! We're now in Sept and I can't get my daughter's cochlear implant approved because ya'll can't reply or answer phones.
I called to make an appointment since he is my doctor and I been having problem with my ear due to previous surgery. Today is August 20th of 2026. Next appointment they try to give me on january 13th of 2027 lol isn't that crazy. So I have to wait almost 6 month to see doctor about an ear emergency. So disappointed it and now I have to look for another doctor.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Alex Sweeney, one of the best ENT doctors in Houston. I came in for pulsatile tinnitus, and he was incredibly thorough in his diagnosis and next steps! It is rare to find an Otolaryngologist (ENT doctor) who listens so carefully and explains everything clearly. If you are looking for top-tier ear, nose, and throat care in Houston, I highly recommend Dr. Sweeney!
I had an ear infection. Dr Sweeney was my dr. I had an all around pleasant experience. Highly recommend. He's easy to talk to. Instructions are clear. Dr is polite, pleasant. I'm grateful for his service. Staff very nice: receptionist and medical asst Ms S.
Dr Sweeney has been a lifesaver for me. I had to have a major surgery and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I have seen other specialist in the Houston area, but from now on, Dr Sweeney is the only one that will ever touch my ears. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me during my most difficult times.
