If you have ear issues, especially chronic issues, I strongly recommend seeking out another doctor. It seems that Dr. Lund mainly deal with sinus, and allergy issues. I was seeing another doctor at this location, but he moved, so I thought let me continue on at this location. However, I quickly learned that if I needed something serious again, like ear surgery that Dr. Lund would refer me out. Dr. Lund as a doctor seems ok and he was personable. Zero stars! I went to see Dr Lund with a severe hearing loss and unmanageable tinnitus. He sent me for an MRI and it was $2000 plus his fee of $250 my portion and then basically said sorry, maybe come back in a year, and sent me on my way. I received no diagnosis and he didn't care about me in the least. I feel like he robbed me of my hard earned dollars. I got no help and no answers from Dr Lund. Im on payment plans to cover his costs and cost for mri all for nothing.
I give Dr. Lund and his staff five stars, but their phone and voicemail system gets one star so overall I give four stars. Due to technical difficulties, my healthcare was compromised because allergy drops were not processed in time and it all goes back to the phone technology. Now I go directly to the operator and refuse to leave any messages.
I went to Dr Lund for a throbbing ear that was keeping me from sleeping at night. My neurologist had ordered an MRI and a CT scan, which I had forwarded to Dr Lund well in advance. I expected a thorough examination, he certainly had a lot of fancy equipment in his exam room, although he didn't use any of it on me. The check in staff was friendly and fun to talk with. My wait was not long and I was in and out. Dr. Lund was thorough, answered all my questions, and we made a follow up plan. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lund to anyone that is needing a wonderful ENT.
