Barry and Susan Our overall experience with Alex Custom Homes was amazing. We came in with a self drawn floor plan and preferred elevation type. Tom and Kevin met with us patiently on MANY occasions to tweak every nuance of the build and had their architect / engineers convert it into a buildable plan. We watched the build almost daily. Going through the design and budgeting process with Kevin was the best experience we had with any builder in Lake County. He came prepared with quotes, ideas, and a grea plan to our very fist meeting. Unfortunately, we weren't able to build at this time, but when we are ready, Alex Custom Homes will be our first call.
