First, let me say Alex did a nice job installing over 20 windows in our home. He was on time and cleaned everything up. The reason for the low rating is that we had ordered full window screens (for double hung windows) and only half screens came. He said that would be no problem and that he would follow up with the supplier and bring the full screens out as soon as they came in. I went with mountains doors and windows in-spite of the one star review. I’m glad I did so . Alex took really good care of us. He got the door and had it installed in the time he promised. He was easy to work with . We are very please and will definitely use his company again .

Mr. Crowe came to our home. Got all the information he needed and said he would get back to us in a couple of days. After a week we called him. He said that one of the doors he would have to do differently and it would cost more than normal. We agreed and he said he would call in a couple of days. After a week we called and he said he would bet right back to us. Its been many days we have placed many calls and sent many e mails. He responds to nothing. Over the course of 2020 Alex worked on several projects at my house. He installed new interior doors, windows, and exterior doors. He has been ok using my suppliers, helped identify suppliers, helped inspect goods, and when I was about to pull the trigger on one quote was able to (the next day) get me a quote direct from the source for considerably cheaper. WOW! Alex provided an exceptional service today. Alex arrived early for a 2pm appointment but I was running late. He waited 15 minutes until I arrived home. No fuss or complaint, he was friendly during our encounter. After opening the boxes that contained the glasses for the window install, he quickly realized that the dimension of the glasses don’t fit the widow. He put the glasses back in the boxes and didn’t charge me for his time. I am definitely using him again when the new window glasses are delivered. Thanks Alex!!
