I have been going since 2016. From 2016-2018 I suffered with hormonal acne and got extractions. then as my skin started clearing up, i started some of their other services like peels and eyebrow tattooing. Heads up, there’s a bit of a language barrier but nonetheless they’re nice and accommodating.
I bought few products from this store $500 which made my skin red, pain and itching. I asked them to return but refused and got nasty harassment! I had to spend lots of money to see a doctor. My Doctor asked me to stop using all their bad products. Thanks for my doctor. Alex Cosmetic Skincare is a scam, they will be monitored and closed by government for its scam and cheating customers for bad service and trash products.
I was referred by a friend to get a facial, I was so disappointed and upset because my face turned red and very painful after that. Even though I told them that I have sensitive skin and I need mild skincare. Their products still hurt my face and her technique is pretty rough. Meanwhile, I am also being forced to hear the lady's advertise again and again to buy their "Best Quality" products when she is working on my face.
