I was referred by a friend to get a facial, I was so disappointed and upset because my face turned red and very painful after that. Even though I told them that I have sensitive skin and I need mild skincare. Their products still hurt my face and her technique is pretty rough. I had bad experience with my husband in the skincare place, and I just told front desk that I feel very uncomfortable the way Esthetician touched me and my face, the front desk then yelled to me and harassed me, we were so scared and we will never never come to this place again.
I did my eyebrows with Ms. Min. I'm happy how she did. Service and price are best.
Good atmosphere. The staff are kind. They tried to solve my skin problem really hard and it's getting better. Thank you.
