Even though I ultimately didn’t do the project. Alex was great to work with. First he responded quickly to my call. We made an appointment for him to come over and look at my plans and the job. He listened, that’s actually a big one as some contractors seem not to. We discussed back-and-forth what I had planned and he made sure we had a full understanding of what each of us expected and was responsible for before he went off to do a detailed estimate. Alex and his crew have done two medium-sized remodel projects for us. Alex and his team are a pleasure to work with. They followed COVID protocol completely, consistently cleaned up their work area, worked incredibly hard to be unobtrusive while we worked from home during the most recent project, and followed up on anything that needed further attention. We would highly recommend Alex and will be using him for future remodel jobs.
I had Alex Cordrey Construction do an electrical project for me. The work was done efficiently and high with attention to detail. The wiring work and required dry walling was done with high quality and their clean up left no mess behind. I plan to use them for future projects.
