If you like your contractor to start a project on time, provide communication or do what they were supposed to do as per the project, DO NOT hire them. Was told on the start day of the project that they will start the next day. They left all the trash from our project in our backyard (what kind of contractor doesn't even have use of a dumpster to take the trash out???)
