This has been the worst experience for my health needs. They never answer calls for scheduling appointments, and the staff seems careless and unprofessional. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of responsibility in a place meant to care for people.
Emanuel D’Souza is the Best! And his assistant is also wonderful!
Pediatrician Gawrys-Strand is great and deserves 5 stars, but the nurses here are hit or miss. Most have been amazing, but we’ve had really bad experiences with two nurses here so far. One nurse, a few months ago, kept making pretty rude and insensitive comments about how she “could never do twins” and “better you than me” and “twins would be the worst” as if she wasn’t talking about my actual children who I love dearly.
