The absolute best eye doctor I have been too since Dr Rossi a bezillion years ago. He is professional, yet personable and easy to talk to. He has taken the time to explain whatever was going on with my eyes in detail, without being rushed or brushing me off. Would give more stars if they had them!
The O. D. was very knowledgeable, professional and personable.
Dr. Alexander Carpenter was very professional and welcomed my eye/vision history. His staff was incredibly helpful and even found out why my vision has been blurred and because of that, I've had to use a magnifying glass. Turns out my lenses were in the wrong position; right was left and left was right. Now, I don't need the magnifying glass and there is no urgency in ordering new lenses. Kudos to the staff!!!
Complete and thorough examination conducted in a professional and unrushed manner...been my optometrist for years and will be for years to come!
