Was a patient for over 7 years. Tried to make an appointment for a medical issue and was told I was dismissed in may for a 110.00 bill??? Had no idea. Terrible service. Had always talked up how great this office was and had heard many complaints but until now Had doubts. Dismissed?? No compassion whatsoever, they should close their office immediately.
Alex Campolo is great and has wonderful bedside manner. But the front desk staff is a mess. I left a voicemail to cancel an appointment I was unable to make. I followed up with another call to reschedule for an appointment a couple of days after the original. I showed up to the new appointment, no problem. Until I got an invoice for a $100 no show fee. I didn't "no show" - I cancelled and reschedule for an appointment that I was able to attend. The front desk was incredibly rude when trying to resolve the matter and they tol... read more
