Alex Campolo is great and has wonderful bedside manner. But the front desk staff is a mess. I left a voicemail to cancel an appointment I was unable to make. I followed up with another call to reschedule for an appointment a couple of days after the original. I showed up to the new appointment, no problem. Until I got an invoice for a $100 no show fee. Dr.Alex was very compassionate and listened to my husband. He has had a very frustrating time after having a AAA surgery and just looking for someone to give him some answers. It may take sometime to figure it all out, but he has started by ordering bloodwork and an ultrasound. We are very satisfied that he is willing to try and get us answers. If you want a kind and caring doctor consider Dr. Alex
Fired me as a patient after his nurses aid prescribed me Zoloft unsolicited while I was having severe stomach issues - resulting in a week of ER hospitalization, months of gastroenterology tests, multiple thousands in bills to find out it was the Zoloft that was killing me - why was I fired? For asking to see another doctor! Nice treatment of years long patients! I’d recommend going elsewhere for your care…
