Great centre and doctors, easy to make appointments online and via phone. Minimal wait time. Thorough and professional care that is focused on building a relationship with you as a patient.
Terrible! I needed to get my statutory declaration signed, but I was informed that all the doctors are fully booked. The earliest I can see a doctor is on the next working day. Poorcustomer service also.
This medical Centre has one of the poorest receptions I’ve ever experienced. Calling this clinic is a complete waste of time — the phone simply does not get answered. And this is not a one-off issue where you could excuse them for being busy at certain hours or on certain days. This has been happening consistently for at least two years that I’ve experienced. Since its opening, I have been visiting this medical centre. While it was once a great place, the last two years have witnessed a significant decline in customer service, punctuation, and the quality of treatment provided. During my last three visits, I waited over 30 minutes beyond my appointment time due to constant lateness. I visited Dr. Manpreetsingh last week for my daughter, and since she seemed better, I sent her back to school today — which is right next to the medical centre. Shortly after, I got a call from the school saying she wasn’t well, so I picked her up and came straight over hoping to see the same doctor for a follow-up.
