It was my first time getting service for my BMW 528i series at Alex Auto Tech on Saturday. All I can say is one word, AMAZING! Alex is sincere, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I cannot stress enough on how difficult it is to find an honest and trustworthy mechanic in Miami. Every auto shop that I called was pricey and of course , BMW of South Miami ridiculously wanted $2,300 for a Waste gate. Insane! Alex is an excellent mechanic, very professional and honest with that being said I would recommend him percent.

From my Cayenne, Macan GTS, C300, 325i, 550i. Alex has serviced all my vehicles for over 17 years. I would not recommend any other Mechanic other than Alex Auto tech. Even he has resolved issues that high end Porsche dealer could not resolve.
