Awful service and terrible waste gate replacement. Check engine light stayed on and he put an aftermarket part. He was also very rude and nasty to my warranty company. You want good BMW service, go to Mike's Beemer shop or Bavarian Care.

I had an amazing experience, Alex treated my car with respect and got to work and solved my problems in no time. He was also really easy to talk too and his Wife aswell. They’re a super Duo ready to save any BMW that’s down for the count. 100/10 recommend if you want fair prices and amazing quality work.

This shop saved me. My 2001 330ci broke down while driving to college and I had it towed here. Alex immediately checked my car and found the issue. He showed me what was wrong and was able to repair it quickly and very reasonably. Got me back on the road within an hour. He even repaired other issues I wasn’t aware of. I will def recommend this BMW specialty shop!
