This shop saved me. My 2001 330ci broke down while driving to college and I had it towed here. Alex immediately checked my car and found the issue. He showed me what was wrong and was able to repair it quickly and very reasonably. Got me back on the road within an hour. He even repaired other issues I wasn’t aware of. I will def recommend this BMW specialty shop!
Alex has serviced our BMW for some time. His shop is plain, but his skill and fairness are clear. He works without hurry and explains what needs to be done. My recent oil change was quick and reasonably priced, and even my very particular neighbor speaks well of him.
It was my first time getting service for my BMW 528i series at Alex Auto Tech on Saturday. All I can say is one word, AMAZING! Alex is sincere, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I cannot stress enough on how difficult it is to find an honest and trustworthy mechanic in Miami. Every auto shop that I called was pricey and of course , BMW of South Miami ridiculously wanted $2,300 for a Waste gate. Insane!
