Paperwork was a mess from day one when they were not even ready for us as scheduled. My temporary (21 day) trailer and boat tags ran out because finance struggled to complete the paperwork and submit it quickly. The salesman reissued me a 2nd, 21-day boat tag, but my trailer ran out 11 days ago. I called Alex Auto today to check on the trailer tags and the salesman was rude and blamed the State. Incompetence at its finest. Bought a brand new boat, financing was a mess and they struggled to complete the paperwork correctly. Signatures were missed twice, which delayed our paperwork being submitted. Our boat and trailer tags ran out. We have to sit and wait for trailer tags because they drug their feet and couldn’t get the paperwork right. Brand new boat in the yard…..go somewhere else. I'm so disappointed with Alex Auto & Marine LLC. We brought our boat in to them in mid May because we wanted it running when our company arrived from NY on the 4th of July. We know how busy boat repair can be in the summer, so we explicitly brought it in early and stated we needed it by the 4th. After calling to check on it a number of times, we finally got it back on June 26. We paid about $800 for a new carburetor.
