Purchased a suv from here nothing but problem from the day I left the lot tires were missed matched been in the garage every week for some time never fixed the problem every time and now I got it repoed from a previous lien which was never checked properly can never get anyone to take responsibility for it when calling no one every returns your call from day one do your self a favor stay away from apex auto it's been nothing but a nightmare
Long story short financed a VW Tiguan from this dealership and had nothing but problems since. It took me driving it back to Ottawa to get them to look into the EPC and engine throttle the car is currently facing (started 3 weeks after purchase). After much duress and accusations thrown my way by said dealership it was repaired, or so I thought. Junior Has been absolutely wonderful. I was a hard case (okay credit but not great and a small business owner with only one year under my business) he worked hard to find a bank willing to take the chance on someone with a limited ability to show income history (my income is obviously irregular) and now its just the painful part of waiting longer than expected to actually get my car 22 days from signing as of today :(.
