Buyer beware! DO NOT waste your money or time with this shady dealership. They’ll likely sell you a defective car and never own up to it. If I could give less than one star I would. I bought a 2022 VW Tiguan and 3 weeks in has been EPC engine problem after problem. Car has now been to 3 different VW dealerships for this EPC issue and just dropped off again to a 4th for the same issue and is much worse than before. I don't normally give reviews as often as I should. But this is one review that I could not go without giving. We cannot thank Chelsea enough for everything that she has done during this process. I have never felt so stress-free ever when purchasing a vehicle. She made the process so smooth. She really did go above and beyond when she absolutely 100% do not have to when dealing with the MTO (100% MTO fault btw) She went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly regardless.
