Used Alex for 10 + years, no problems ever!
My home warranty company sent this company out to look at my dishwasher that was having drainage issues. After looking at the dishwasher he said he needed to have the warranty company approve parts and that his company or the warranty company would contact us. He then left. I hear nothing for 10 days. I call the warranty company. They said the tech that was sent out said the dishwasher was non functional, not installed and that therefore they would not be covering any repairs.
