My home warranty company sent this company out to look at my dishwasher that was having drainage issues. After looking at the dishwasher he said he needed to have the warranty company approve parts and that his company or the warranty company would contact us. He then left. I hear nothing for 10 days. I call the warranty company. They said the tech that was sent out said the dishwasher was non functional, not installed and that therefore they would not be covering any repairs. I have utilized Alex Appliance for a number of years now on appliances from the clothes washer to dishwasher. They are always prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. Additionally, they make suggestions on best practices to extend the life of your appliance. I keep their number handy for those emergencies that arise at those inopportune times.
Alex Appliance has been a great repair company for our home. Nick, the service technician, is so professional, friendly and always on time... he does GREAT work. Kate and Mila in the office are great with booking service calls in a timely manner and always keep me updated on the status of parts that have been ordered. Alex Appliance has worked on our range, washer and dryer. So happy to have found them!
