I requested a repair for the oven. They said the visit would cost $85. I was told that the fee would be applied toward the cost of the parts and repair, so I agreed and paid. During the visit, which lasted about 15 minutes, they took a photo of the product's part number and said they would provide a response the next day. Today, I received a response from the wife, stating that the part is unavailable. When I asked for a refund of the $85, they laughed and said that this was the visit fee. Best appliance repair! Have used Alex Appliances twice in the past couple of years. So friendly, professional and don't try to sell you things you don't really need. Wonderful!

I have used them twice now, both excellent services: once to fix my microwave (built-in, above oven), and most recently to fix a telescoping downdraft/vent (pops up with a button behind my stove). On each occasion they were able to identify the problem & fix the issue. They are honest, hard-working, knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and reasonable. I highly recommend them!
