I have been buying and wearing and promoting Alex And Ani bracelets for the last 4 years. Recently a couple of my bracelets have started to turn colors on both sides where you adjust them to slide them on at. When I called the customer service number to inform them of this, I was told that, the only cloth that could be used to clean my bracelets, was their clothes, no other sliver cleaning cloth could be used.
