Super cute jewelry that is very high quality. I especially love their extendable necklaces and bracelets. I get so many compliments when I wear their pieces. Will be a lifelong customer!!
I would give no stars if I could. This company's customer service is appalling. You cannot reach them by phone because the number they send you via email and on their website for customer service just disconnects after one ring. I wanted to modify or cancel my order because it was a gift and during the processing of the order, the Alex and Ani website had unchecked the gift option I had previously selected.
