This has been one of the worst experience in 20 years of fixing my vehicles. My car has been in their shop for 51 days as of this writing, that is 51 days without my car costing me over $1000 in rental car charges. It took them 4 weeks before they called my warranty company to approve the repair on my vehicle, blatantly lied about ordering the part for another 2 weeks, I had to call my warranty company to get the part sent to them because apparently they couldnt get the part even though my warranty got them the part within... read more
