Poorly managed building. Feels like a slum building. Suspect air, leaking ceilings, barking dogs in the building, smoking, drug use, listening to neighbors make noise and everything from outside. Management feels non existent and unsympathetic. Tenant turnover seems sky high. Neighboring buildings complaining (see photo of notice posted on front door).
