I used Aleto for an attic addition, and they were great! They were always so kind and helpful. The planning process takes a bit of time, but it is definitely worth it because it allows for a very detailed budget and makes the project go faster when they are actually in the construction phase. Patti, Mike, and the rest of the crew are amazing. They’re helpful, communicative, and best of all, they produce fantastic work. Even more, they were just an email away when we had trouble with our roof leaking. Even though our job has long been over, Mike came over hours after the email was sent and gave us peace of mind along with roofer recommendations. At this point, they’re family and I’ll never call anyone else for work on my home.

We have used Aleto twice, for our old home and now for our new home. We trust that the work they do is done the right way. A few years after our first remodel, the city sewer backed up into our basement. The insurance adjuster mentioned that who ever did the remodel did a great job. A lot of time is spent on the planning process which helps make the actual work go much smoother. They let you know up front what everything is going to cost. We used Aleto to redo our master bathroom in an older home. They communicated well, offered multiple options on several parts of the job, and provided a detailed breakdown of the budget. We had multiple zoom meetings to ensure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. They even recommended a painter to finish things up who was great as well. On time and on budget. I would recommend them for any job.
