Absolutely dishonest and impossible to get in touch with once you have a problem! Her crew damaged the screen of my big screen TV and she has been lying about it for months. After numerous attempts at fixing/cleaning it, then a revelation that SHE HAS NO INSURANCE COVERAGE (or atleast didn't on that day), she decided to just ignore me and refuse to participate in a repair.
