I have to say I would never recommend this bridal store!!! The girls are unbelievably rude there! Not only do they talk down to you they don't know much about what they're selling. My biggest complaint is that one of my bridesmaids was pregnant at the time of getting fitted. Being her second child she knew what size she would get down to. Numerous times this young blonde made comments regarding she wouldn't lose this weight and should order a bigger size! Never should you make a customer feel fat! Strike one! Don't use them!!! Worst customer service ever. My dress they ordered was the wrong size and they pretty much in a round about way called me fat. I actually lost weight from the time my dress was ordered. They told me it was my fault the dress didn't fit and then charged me for all the alterations that had to be done to let it out. I would never recommend them o anyone.

When you walk in the bridal store you feel welcomed as if it were by your own family. The owners who are sisters remind me of my own and they are caring and so sweet. There is a wide variety of dresses for any budget. I had a special color from the Alfred Angelo collection in a teal and it was ordered and turned out perfectly. I am a bride getting married this July. The staff is wonderful and so helpful, they don't even work on commision and they care so much. Where else can you get a free hem, press and bussel. I olny paid 20 dollars for my alterations on my wedding gown. It not like any bridal shop you will ever encounter, they will go out of there way to make you happy. If you are looking for a good experience of finding the wedding gown of your dreams....then DO NOT go to Stephanie's Bridal in Pennsburg. The staff is horrible. I had found a gown that I wanted from Stephanie's so I made an appointment to go try it on and order it. When I got there I had put the dress on and was looking at a shoe book while the seamstress was working on a girl's bridesmaid dress. While this was going on the rest of the bridal party came in.
