I’ve dealt with Alessi Equipment for over 25 years. They’ve helped me on Sundays when I was in a jam. Such a wonderful family, very nice people and KNOW the equipment they sell and serve ice which is such a rarity today ! Many more years of doing business together!

Bought a hammer from them that was supposed to be completely rebuilt. It showed up with worn out jaws and the motor was seized up. I asked for a refund and they no problem. They then shorted me $6000. They kept saying the checks in the mail. 2 years later still no check and now they will not return my calls. If your buying a hammer from the internet I would not use them.
