Think twice before setting up your wedding registry here! – I am amazed at the appalling level of service that this store offers. I own a lot of Alessi products and I think they are fantatstic, but clearly the staff at the Soho store have no training in basic customer service. Amongst other things - they lost our registry paperwork with all our information and products selected, sent us the wrong products purchased from our registry, changed the registry website address without notifying anyone...I could go on and on, but th... read more
a little disappointed – Sales people are a little aloof to regular people. I felt I walked into a designer private party. It is wrong to judge people by appearance. Don't even want to try their overpriced coffee.
Best Anywhere – The other user is completely wrong with this place. The espresso is DELICIOUS! Customer service could not be better. The barista and I had a pleasant conversation about the misconception of freezing coffee beans and other little interesting tid-bits about coffee. And the store in the back is absolutely lovely. Lazy Service, Burned Coffee, Not Recommended – I was at the store looking and touching everything for hours and received no greeting, no service. The two dudes didn't even look at my direction the moment I got in. Then I decided to sit down and buy a cup of coffee to give them a second chance (Why did I do that?) The coffee was burned. What a waste of my money. Trust me. If you want to buy Alessi products, go next door in MOSS or just buy online.
