After having the same Doctors for many years, I tried this new PCP, Alessandra Cantone-Ferro. She not only had a Nesty, Arrogant Attitude, but she would not allow me to finish my sentences. Meaning she DOES NOT LISTEN TO HER PATIENTS, PERIOD! She is a VALUE BASED CONTRATCTED DOCTOR. Meaning she will take away as much as she is allowed to make the Corporation more money. Made up 4 excuses why she would not prescribe a diabetes med (ozempic). The her last excuse was she doesn't believe in prescribing it. Now I don't trust her & changed PCPs.
She seems to really care about her patients and try to do the best for them
Dr. Cantone is an extraordinary human being. She's so professional. I highly recommend her. Thanks Dr. Cantone for everything you did for me and my mom!
