rude & unorganized I would never get any of my formal wear at that bridal salon. The owner, alessandra is extremely rude and left me in the room & walked away from me when I was there for a fitting. I expected to be treated with respect , after all I was spending alot of money which I regret now. Everyone was running around like chickens with there heads cut off and someone might want to tell that one girl to dress appropriate. I would rate it but they don't have a half star.
I would never return! I purchased my Prom dress from this shop. Not only were they rude but they also measured wrong when they ordered it. When the dress came in and I went for my fitting, with the same shoes on, the dress was too short and I had to wear ballet slippers! They tried to say that it was not their fault but they were the ones that measured and ordered the dress.
Need a Beautiful Gown This store has a wonderful selection of beautiful wedding gowns, bridesmaids and mother of bride dresses. It carries formal dresses for all occasions. They have all the accessories you might need for the occasion. They are very friendly and do everything possible to make you happy with your purchase. They do a very good job with the alterations.
RUDE!!! I unfortunately made the mistake of purchasing my wedding gown from this establishment. Although I regret giving them my business, I hope to prevent others from making the same mistake by writing this review. The owner of the store was extremely rude to both myself and my mother, and actually asked us why we bothered to waste time. World Class Boutique This is an exceptional salon. Very attentive staff with true expertise in body type, style and tailoring. I have purchased formal dresses from Birmingham to the Bloomfields, from Chicago and Tampa. I will attest that this boutique is world class. If you are not a demanding Bridezilla and offer patience and courtesy, the associates at Alessandra will bend-over backwards to help you find your perfect gown. Horrible This bridal shop is the worst one I have ever been to. We payed $230 for our bridesmaid dresses so you would think they would be top of the line or at least good quality. Two of the bridesmaids and the mother of the bride had stains on there dresses. They actual told the one that they would give her $50 off if she took it with the stain on it. Horrible!!! I went to Alessandra's after several recommendations from recent brides; my initial experience was very positive. They did not have the dress that I wanted, but they were willing to order it for, and they offered me a great price! I was still shopping around because this store was about a 40 minute drive, which is not convenient for fittings! Follow up review: this is necessary. In the beginning I found my dress, I was in love at how it looked and fit. I was assisted by Aziza, she was very kind and helpful. The dress that I tried on of course was not my size, but Aziza, pull all the extras of the back and clipped it to show me how the dress would look on me.
