Best doctor in the Tidewater area hands down!!
This is absolutely insane to have a medical practice and have extremely poor time management. I have had this practice listed as my PCM for years, and to be honest I've never actually seen Dr. Griffin only the PA Ashley. With that being stated this was my 1st vist with Dr. Griffin and it was at 4pm I arrived at 331pm and didn't see an exam room until 5pm and then waited another 20min before God told me to leave and Find another PCM who actually respect there patients and who had time management. Wishy washy office staff... looking for a new PCP.
Dr Griffin has grown too big- too many patients. The office staff is still rude and racist. Every other visit, I was "skipped" -they forgot to check me into the computer, despite paying a copay. An hour+ lobby wait,another hour in the room. Dr goes off topic/overly friendly= always running late. She told me I couldn't go to another lab -I "just needed to do it in the office" because they couldn't upload/find the results in the computer. They could never find my vein.
