Pire service jamais reçu. Les plombiers ont fait un dégât d’eau chez les voisins dès leur première visite et nous ont envoyé promener le reste de travaux. Tout sauf professionnel. Pénible du début à la fin. Si je pouvais mettre zéro étoile c’est ce que je ferais. Le plombier Frédéric arrivait sur le chantier en nous envoyant chier, en étant désobligeant et défaisant notre ouvrage à coup de marteau SANS NOUS EN INFORMER. Their web site claims to do commercial (light) and I called to have a garden hose tap installed at my restaurant. The guy told me right off the at, no commercial. Ok. Then change your website. The owner posted on one of the reviews they they do commercial. Anyway, I will look for someone else.

Long story short: stay away. A bad sign from the start. I contacted them to request a new installation. They responded with a long list of pictures and details they needed, which I promptly gathered and sent back. After that, they booked an appointment to visit my home. On the day of the visit, I left work early and took a half-day off just to be home for what I considered an important appointment. I waited and waited—no one showed up.
