This is my second renovation with Alesch and I am very pleased with the result. I had a fabulous experience and David Guerrero was fantastic. He was always available and communicative with what was happening each week. While it took a bit longer it was not due to work not being done just took longer for some of the materials to be delivered. All of the subs were extremely polite and neat. We were ready to purchase a fixer-upper at the beach and had three contractors come out to talk about the process of a full gut and remodel: Seth from Meyer’s Custom homes and Tom from Tom Trout. Both gentlemen were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional, helpful with the process and spent a long time with us. We did a teardown and custom home build with Alesch in Atlantic Beach. We were very pleased with the design work, the overall process and the finished product which was even slightly ahead of schedule and on or close to budget. The Alesh team was very professional a great to work with. Ty wy listened to what we wanted and brought great design ideas to our projects.
We remodeled our beach house with Alesch. They were amazing! The work was done on time, with great attention to detail and very fair pricing. The communication was great as well. I highly recommend them for any job!
