Kim McLean & Team in Mortgage are the best in the business. They are professional, efficient, & provide expert guidance. They excel at clear communication & customer service.
This company has a slow (if any) customer service. They are also really shady, and might be involved in illegal activity.
I tried to pay them for a Cobra payment in August of 2019 and they forced me to pay them $40. This was not a late fee!!! Because the site login was not working for days, my "send a check' option window of time had closed. I typed in the "other amount" of two payments combined, and the site error message said I had to pay them in two separate payments at $20.00 per payment ($40).
