Great bank great people, very friendly and helpful!
I live at. Lofts of Lea center. Most of us at this time of the month. Do not have a lot of cash. I took what was available. Went to. Alerus for. Quarters for washing clothes. I was laughed at. By. Customer service. Only will do a roll. 10$. Well I left. So now no one can wash clothes. They are a stuck up. Nasty bank. Rotten customer service
Most uncompromising bank EVER! If you ever have a problem with your debit card, don't even bother asking for help. They have no sense of what true customer service is. Someone else committed fraud using my account and this bank closed my account without notifying me rather than investigating the issue and letting me know about it. It would be a real neat trick if I was in Maine 15 minutes before I was in the Albert Lea branch! I don't recommend this place to anyone.
