Pros Open communication among the team even though "training" and process was nonexistent. Was able to work from home but frowned upon because their motto is out of site out of mind. Cons Revolving door. Self training is a must because of no process documented nor a dedicated trainer. Management hires people who are not technically experienced to do the job but willing to work more than 40 hours at low cost. Favoritism is absolutely apparent.
