They have managed my home for about 2 years with no problems. I have worked with other property management companies in the past and Alert Management has been the best.
This company has posted an ad which, instead of containing a picture of the property being advertised, contained a picture of a man whose face was severly beaten! When I phoned the office, they had no regret. How horrible to have someone advertise such things! I was devastating to see!
This place will have you spending all your time in court dealing with the messes they seam to enjoy getting clients into,They are always working on things for you, however nothing ever gets done.Find someone else. Not worth the effort.They don't have negative stars and one has to use something
