My mother was released from the hospital January with many complications that made it difficult for my family and I. The case manager I had spoken to had recommended me to Alert Home Health Care and I was quickly able to get a hold to set up an appointment. The nurse provided had came within 24 hours of my mother's discharge which was helpful considering the nurse advised us of ways with caring for my mother's complications. This "company" scammed my sister's Medicare Part (A) out of nearly $4000.00 for services that were never delivered. Stay away. For all I know, this is just a "front" company for fraudulent Medicare claims. Careful, do not provdie them with any information. July 2019
