No better customer service in regard to Glass cutting / supply exists. The best THE BEST
Alert Glass quoted me on new shower stall and door glass. Very professional onsite consult to review my wants and options. Quote was good, they scheduled me right away and installation person was very thorough. Cleaned up after work was done and left the place spotless. Owner called the next day and asked how I liked the job amd was I satisfied with the quality. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!
End product not shown before installation. Unacceptable product installed. I was offered an alternate product, and after a month came to find out it didn’t come in the finish specified. No follow up was had with me. I had to reach out to get the update. Can buy same or better product at Home Depot for less. Very disappointed and now I need to eat the $3k I spent with first glass and have to pay for another shower door elsewhere.
The company is incredibly quick to respond. Fair pricing and the BEST customer service!
