Mistakes happen, however. My mom who is low income came here with an electric issue. After spending between $800 almost $900 to not find the problem. My mom’s car has been through 4 new batteries in the last 4 years. Alert auto was explained this when they checked it… charged her for a new battery and said that it is fixed. Fantastic service every time I go there. I feel taken care of and confident with the work done on my vehicle. Dale kept me informed regarding what repairs and the cost. Won’t take my vehicle anywhere but Alert Automotive. Thanks for all you do!
