We just discovered that Alert America has been collecting monthly payments for services that they are not providing. I appreciate the previous review. We will be reporting this fraudulent activity as well as getting Time to discontinue the collections.
Business is apparently closed. Phone disconnected. It took me 3 hours to get payment stopped with Time Payment & even then my bank said it was an open draw & only Time can stop payment. Time fax number is also disconnected. Service was good in the beginning but now ADT said they are not responsible for repair & I have to find a third party to repair a broken sensor. I have called 4 times in the past month to have my cameras checked-they state a tech is coming and nobody shows. Called on Friday-phone number is no longer in service AND the website is down. Label me SCREWED!
Super frustrated. Have our service with them, but after install it's like they drop you! The installer even picked up & hung up on me twice today when I tried to follow up on a simple question we've been trying to get answered for over a week. If you want quick install this is your company. If you want customer service afterward go elsewhere. Hate that I'm in a 3 yr contract with them.
Alert America is a great company! I would recommend them highly!
