Billing scam operation. Their medical transport operation refuses to bill your insurance (Medicare and the VA in my case) and insists that you pay them yourself. Anything associated with Hackensack Meridian should be avoided like the plague.
Wish I could chose 0 stars. This is the company contracted by a nursing home at which my mother is supposed to receive rehab. They told the nursing home they'd be 45 mins late picking her up for her first appointment after admission upon which her therapy would be predicated. The rehab called to keep me informed they'd be late and then told me this happens with this company all of the time. I suppose they bill the rehab the least or have a personal connection to the person at the rehab responsible for contracting them. How e... read more
