I wish they would be more mindful of how they schedule their transportation for residents. I was finished with an appointment at 3:45 pm. I was told it would be an hour before I would receive transportation for a resident who clearly needs to be in bed. He's suffering with a stomach ache. After waiting ten minutes after pick up time, I was told it may be another hour. We were asked to leave the office by the receptionist. Now we are in the lobby waiting for maybe another hour.
