We have been a customer for 7 years. System was hard wired when our home was built. Recently we decided to add security cameras. Unbelievable service. Jay the owner actually came out himself with his son (really a family run business)with the guys, Justin/ Dustin (LOL)and Mitchell, day 1 to make sure everyone was on the same page.
