We have used Alert Alarm Hawaii over the past 6 years. They came into the home and installed door alarms, motion sensors and cameras. The installation went smoothly. Everything has worked great over the past 6 years, and when one camera got disconnected, they came out to help fix the connection. Great customer service and friendly. I’m giving it a 5 purely on the fact that I had Elmer one of alert alarms technicians and he is the best! He didn’t just come to fix the one problem with our alarm but went above and beyond to check all our batteries and made sure to test everything!!! Awesome service! I have had other techs that didn’t even show up or call. I will be requesting Elmer for any future calls and the 5 stars is for his great customer service.
It's been 3 weeks after 2 phone calls and 2 emails. No one has attempted to contact me.
