I just moved from Toronto to Calgary. The movers were extremely professional. Amanda who is the sales rep was very helpful. I am a musician and own a lot of fragile items including a very large upright bass. They moved everything with care and took special attention to the fragile items often packing a layer over what I had packed to ensure they would get to their destination unharmed. My daughter & I have hired alero moving to & from our heated storage lockers while having a house built. This storage unit was on the 3rd floor therefore needed to use an elevator to move up a 2000 sq ft house of furniture in 2 (30’ units). A huge job but NOT too big for these guys. Keith hired a great crew (for both moves to & out of storage). The guys were very friendly & respectful. My wife and I just moved from Calgary to Antigonish. Our driver Scott, along with Patrick and a helper loaded us on Tuesday, April 29th in Calgary and Scott and Patrick delivered it to our door in Antigonish yesterday morning. Scott and Patrick were assisted briefly at the end of the unloading process by another driver, Dean, who came to meet them for another job after ours.
